New Member Registration / Change of information
If you would like to register as a new parishioner, please click here for a Parish Registration form. After printing and completing the form, you may return the completed document by placing it in the collection basket, or returning it to the parish office at the Parish Center. Upon receipt, your family information will be entered into our Parish Data System and assigned a Parish ID #.
Please note that any child family member 18-21 years of age will need to register as their own “Young adult” ID #. Child family members who are over 21 years of age will need to register as their own Parish ID #. Being officially registered as a member is required if you are asked to be a sponsor for either Baptism or Confirmation.
Be sure to notify your previous parish that you are transferring your membership to Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish.
